Regular Board of Directors meetings are held on the second Thursday of every other month at 10:15 AM in the office of Johnson Ranch Management unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.


The Annual Meeting is scheduled for the second Thursday in April at 6 PM.  The current Board of Directors are Jon Masztakowski and Colleen Chamberlain. ​​
