Regular Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly on the second Wednesday of  February, May, and November at 5:00 PM in the office of Johnson Ranch Management unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.  There will be a special budget meeting held in September, to be announced on this site once it is scheduled.
The current Board members are: Rich Parent, Tad Thompson, and Zac Sweet
 
The Annual General Membership meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday in September at 6:00 PM.   If you wish to run for a position on the Board of Directors, please fill out the Board Member Candidate Nomination Form on the right prior to the deadline listed on the form.
