We sell gate remotes here in our office. They are payable only by check or you can sign to charge to your account (account holders only). Please check our hours before visiting our office to purchase a gate remote.
Fair Oaks Manor Homeowners Association gate remotes are $50 each.
If you live in an association that provides keys, you may come into our office to pick one up for free.
If your gate code isn't working, please give us a call at (916) 784-6605 or email your manager. Contact information can be found on your association's page.
Some associations allow hold opens, and some provide a temporary code for your event. Please contact us a least a week in advance of your function so that we can provide you with the option for your community and so that we have time to program the gate and test the temporary code. Contact information can be found on your association's page.

If you are changing anything to the exterior of your home, or if the change is visible from the common area, you will need to submit an application to your community's architectural control committee. You can find the application on your association's page or contacting your manager. (i.e.: paint, lighting, windows, landscaping, pools, gazebos, doors)
