Regular Board of Directors meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30PM (excluding June and December recess) in the office of Johnson Ranch Management unless otherwise noted on the Agenda.
The Annual General Membership meeting is held during the month of June at a date and time to be determined by the Board of Directors.
